Two head Linear Weigher Controller – 2HLWC is an ideal choice for Multi head weigh metric applications. This control unit is developed mainly for Packaging Industry.It eliminates the need for PLC, Load cell modules and DAC modules which are generally used in Two Head Linear Weighing Machines. Hence it provides bigger cost savings to machine manufacturers.It controls the Vibrator Drive or VFD directly and achieve the required weight. It can be interfaced easily HMI using MODBUS. For multi-head machines a significant improvement on accuracy and speed can be easily seen while using it.

Standard 24V operation. Two Load cells (up to 100KGs each) be interfaced directly. RS485 for HMI interface using MODBUS. RS232 for Control unit configuration from PC using our proprietary tool.
