MODBUS based Relay module is a very useful module for any Automation for Panel builder and Machine manufacturer.
This module helps to increase the number of relays in the panel without increasing the PLC outputs.
user won’t feel a lag due to controlling them via MODBUS. Generally relay switching time will be ~ 10ms, controlling them via MODBUS will cause an additional communication time of ~ 8ms for a baud rate of 9600bps. If baud rate is increased to 19200 bps, then MODBUS communication time would only be ~4ms.

SPARKDNA ECVIB12 series of phase angle controllers are specially designed for controlling uptoTWELVE Electromagnetic Vibrators from a single control unit. They are designed to operate with230VAC, 50Hz supply and can handle up to 3Amps RMS load current. This works as a MODBUS RTUSlave, which receives vibration set point over MODBUS and controls the vibrators accordingly. Due toMODBUS Control, PLC doesn't requires Analog output or DAC card.Control module has a RS232 and a RS485 ports. Module configuration (Slave ID, Baud Rate, etc.,) canbe done using RS232 and outputs can be controlled via RS232/RS485. It has a dedicated register forcontrolling each Vibrator's output. For example, if the CH1 Register is written with a value of 0x0040,then the vibrator's output would be 64%.This comes as 2 individual cards, one for controller and another for power driver which can be easilyconnected using 1:1 FRC Cable provided along with the product. The Controller card has a capability tocontrol upto Twelve Vibrators and each driver card is capable of handling up to 4 vibrators. In case ofeight vibrator control, user requires one controller card and two driver cards to accomplish it.

MODBUS based Relay / Servo Control module is a very useful module for any Automation

equipped with High Speed Pulse Outputs which can generate required number of pulses from
1 Hz to 200 KHz. Hence manufacturer can benefit with cost savings. As Relays are low speed
devices, user won’t feel a lag due to controlling them via MODBUS. Generally relay switching
time will be ~ 10ms, controlling them via MODBUS will cause an additional communication
time of ~ 8ms for a baud rate of 9600bps. If baud rate is increased to 19200 bps, then MODBUS
